Church Planter Assessment and Proposals Assessment
is available either through individual appointment, or referral to a partner
agency.

Church Planter Coaching- Monthly
coaching appointments are available, by phone with one on site consultation
per year. This includes the evaluation of church planting proposal and
on going coaching regarding implementation.
- Parent Church Coaching- Churches which
are looking to parent new congregations can be equipped to do so
systematically using a variety of approaches. Churches are individually
trained in the process from initial vision, to the birth of the new
congregation. Emphasis is also placed on healthy ongoing relationships
between congregations--a process that must be intentional.
District, Regional, or Denominational Church Plant Consultation

Creative Funding Plans for Church Planting
There are more than 30 different approaches to planting churches each
with a variety of funding possibilities. Increasing vision and
commitment and commitment to church planting is at the heart of this
training.

Church Planting Summits- A half day of
inspiration, interaction, and instruction which is designed to help local
churches sharpen their church planting vision. An
intentional plan of ongoing training is introduced to assist
congregations in carrying out their church planting
vision.

Parent Church Networks-Churches who
have committed to learning an intentional process for giving birth to a new
congregation gather usually on a quarterly basis for encouragement,
mentoring, and training. Training is tailored to the needs of the
parent churches at their particular stages of development.

Church Planter Training Networks- The
goal of a Church Planting Training is to provide an encouraging and
accountable atmosphere where a church planter and spouse increase their
ministry capacity. In addition to a relational focus is specific
training in helping to plant healthy churches.

Church Planting Boot Camps, including
urban settings- Boot Camp is a setting where a church planter and spouse
and the initial launch team can receive training and coaching over a 4 day
period in planting a new church. The teams capacity is increased to
bring a church plant from vision to a year past its public worship
services.

Regional Church Planting Movements- Churches
fall into three categories in relation to a church planting--maintenance,
momentum or movement. Movements take place when champions arise who
follow the call to not simply grow churches, but to multiply
them. Consultations with groups of churches in a regional
area help to sharpen and serve their church planting vision. Churches
are resourced in moving from maintenance to momentum to a
movement.

Natural Church Plant Development- There
is a church plant order to the eight qualities which are the
focus of Natural Church Development. Natural Church Plant
Development helps church plants develop into healthy reproducing churches by
intentionally focusing on the eight qualities at key points in the church
planting cycle.

Church Planting Infrastructure-
Functional structures are not only a key component in a healthy church, they
are necessary in a church planting movement. Included are
options of networking with other organizations which can providing needed
infrastructure until it is adequately developed.
Local Church Consultation

Community Assessment- There are
three lenses for viewing the communities in which your church
ministers--demographics, ethno-graphics, and a third and little used
lense--pneuma-graphics. Our focus is to help you read your community
and to be intentional in your outreach.

Mobilizing Local Churches for Evangelism takes
place through strategic structured ministries and equipping and mobilizing
believers to reach people in their world. Sharing web based resources
is a vital part of this training.

Mission and Vision Clarification Churches
go through a life cycle that includes periods of growth, plateau and
decline. Mission and vision clarification is a key part to:
- maximize current growth
- move from maintenance to renewed growth
- reverse serious decline

Deferred Giving Resources For Your Church
The local church needs to be part of a families consideration, when it
comes to estate planning. Help is provided to families in
looking a various alternatives which can greatly assist the local church in
it future planning and development.

Maximizing Ministry Monies for Church
Staff New churches and new church leaders need to understand how
to maximize monies for ministry staff. Tax advantaged strategies are
examined and resourced.
